Scheduling Policies

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.To be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

When cancelling an appointment, 24 hours' advance notice is required. This allows someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours' advance notice, you will be charged 50% of your appointment. This amount must be paid before your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
If you either forget or consciously choose to forgo your appointment for whatever reason, you will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session for your "missed” appointment. This amount must be paid before your next scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate appointments that follow yours. Regardless of the treatment length, you will be responsible for the “full” session
